Lee-Ann Dean  Manager & 3/4 yr old teacher

Teacher Ann” - I am mother of 2 boys, married for 21 years.  I love reading and googling new trends for educating and developing children, as well as the link between healthy eating and mental development.

 The reason why I do what I do every day:  For the love of the children it is inspirational and you can learn so much from children. It is my passion.

 Lee-Ann received in-house training in 1999 including First Aid Training.

 Lee-Ann started at Tiny Tots in 1999 as a relief teacher and was permanently employed in August 2004, she is the manager since 2005.

Lenette Allers  Gr. R Teacher

“Tannie Net” – Lief vir kinders.  Regverdige hantering en behandeling van kinders.  Lief vir tuinmaak en kos maak.

The reason why I do what I do every day:  Kinders lê my baie na aan die hart.  Die regte opvoeding en onderig.

Lenette is ‘n gekwalifiseerde   onderwyseres, het haar opleiding gedoen by die Oudtshoorn Onderwyssentrum.  Help kinders met leerprobleme. 

Lenette begin  by Tiny Tots in Januarie 2002.



 Lita Pienaar   Gr. 0 Teacher
 “Lita” – Love reading, cooking and baking pancakes!
 The reason why I do what I do every day: I wanted to become a teacher of the little ones all through my life – I love seeing how kids  start with us as tiny toddles and say goodbye in Grade R, self-confident and “mature”.
Lita het ‘n Diploma in Junior (ground phase) teaching, higher diploma  in pre-primary teaching, diploma in remedial teaching.
Lita started at Tiny Tots in January 1994.

Amanda Hayes  2/3 yr Teacher

“Tannie Manda” – ‘n Mamma van 3 kinders.  Baie lief vir kinders en ook ‘n diere liefhebber.

The reason why I do what I do every day:    Ek geniet dit om met die kleintjies te werk en hulle te leer.

Amanda also received in-house training and also has First Aid Training.

Amanda started at Tiny Tots in January 2009.



Tandiswa Mbele  Class assistant 2 – 3 yrs / Cleaner

“Nduva” – I am a mother of a daughter, and a member of the church and I love singing.

The reason why I do what I do every day:  Because I love children.

Tandiswa started at Tiny Tots in August 2006.

Mandisa Constance Godana Class assistant 3/4 yrs & Cleaner

“Connie” – I am a single mother of one boy, I love music and listening to the radio.

The reason why I do what I do every day:    Because I love children play together and help them with their work, working very hard with them.

Connie started at Tiny Tots in 2000.



Nomfusi Valencia Mgijimona  Cook

“Mfumfu” – I am a single mother of a boy.  I love music, watching TV and cooking.

The reason why I do what I do every day:    I love kids and I enjoy being with them they make me happy.

Valencia started at Tiny Tots in 2006.

Thora Hempel  Aftercare teacher

“Toy”  - I am married, have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.  I have taken up Spanish classes so I can talk to my 2 grand daughters in Mexico.  I love knitting and crochet work.

The reason why I do what I do every day:  I love working with the little ones they creep into your heart they are like your own children and we are there second mommy.

Thora started at Tiny Tots in December 2012.



Engela Lamprecht Aftercare teacher

“Engeltjie” – Baie dankbaar vir my mede kollegas wat my ondersteun en elkeen se gebede.

The reason why I do what I do every day:  Omdat ek soveel liefde het om te gee en kinders doen my so goed.     Kinders gee my ‘n glimlag op die gesig.  Die beste wat met my kan gebeur is net om te gee.

Engela started at Tiny Tots in January 2010.

Madelein Myburgh  Relief teacher

“Madelein” – I am married with 2 children, who attend Tiny Tots, I love animals and working in the garden.  I also love doing creative art work and cooking.

The reason why I do what I do every day:  Because I am a mom I love working with children, they keep you young and put a smile on your face.

Madelein started at Tiny Tots in October 2013.
